You will not be charged for an initial consultation unless and until you decide to move forward as a client.
An attorney-client relationship is only established upon the execution of a representation agreement. Therefore, refrain from sending any confidential information until such an agreement has been finalized. Unless a representation agreement has been executed, any purportedly confidential information available to Wesley will be used to consult and advise his current and future clients.
